paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Sea Drive, distant 1175 feet
easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly aide of Nath
Sea Drive with the easterly aide of Eenney'e Road; running thence north 50 degrees,
36 minutes, 00 seconds west 232 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater mark of
Long Island Sound; running thence easterly along the mean highwater mark of Long
Island Sound 100 feet, more or lase; running thence south 50 degrees, 36 minutes ,
00 seconds east 222 feet, more or lase,
to the as therly aide of Huth Sea Drive;
running thence south 39 degrees, 24 minutes, 00 seconds west along the northerly
aide of North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
The above described promisee are known as Plot Numbered 12 on a survey by Wm. L.
Miller, Licensed Survewr, Wading River, New York, and guaranteed to the Inter-
County Title Guaranty &Mortgage Co., July 21, 1947.
TOGETHER with appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Grantor in and to
said promisee, including riparian rights, if any;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above granted unto the grantee, her heirs and
assigns forever, subject to all restrictive covenants, rights, reservations and
- conditions and restrictions of record. as more particularly set forth in the Deed
from the Lidico Corporation to John J. McMahon and Dorothy H.

November 1, 1947, and recorded on January 23, 1945, in Libor
conveyances, in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York.
It being the intention of the party of the first part herein to convey to his
wife all of his right, title and interest in and to the demised premises heretofore
held by him and her as tenants by the entirety.
