ar from said point of beginning (1) along the line last mentioned which

tion along mean high water mark of Long Island Sound to a lino parallel
with course (1) and distant therefrom 75 feet; running thence (3) in a

of Sound View Avenue; and running thence (4) in a westorly direction
along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part, if any, in Sound View Avenue to the center line thereof
opposite and adjacent to the plot or parcel of land just described and
in and to the beech and lands under water of Long Island Sound in front
thereof.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Walter S.
Wainwright and Halstead H. Wainwright, by Richard W. Hawkins and Carrie
D. Hawkins, his Wife, by deed dated June 1950, SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to a
certain agreement dated September 3, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk
County'Clerkss Office in Liber 3976 0£ deeds at page 425.
The foregoing promises beingmore particularly bounded and described
as follows:
