146.54 feet to an iron pipe at the westerly corner of land of Glendin-
ning; thence along said land of Glendinning, S. 44.0 191 40" E. 210 feet,
more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Southold Bay; thence south-
westerly along said high water mark, 178 feet, more or less, to said
northeasterly line of Bay Home Road; thence along said northeasterly
line of Bay Home Road, N. 370 141 50" W. 260 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
