paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Road; thence along said northeasterly line of Kenny's Road north 42

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by H. Martyrs Baker
to the party of the first part by deed dated November 9, 1955 and
recorded November 23, 1955 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 4024 at Page 50.
The grantor herein is one and the same person and the surviving
tenant by the entirety as the Despina Dellis who was a grantee with
one Peter N. Dellis in a deed dated November 9, 1955 and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4024 at
Page 50.
