westerly corner of land conveyed by Julius Zebroski to
Conways and others, by deed dated November 19th, 1949,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 3020 of deeds at page 350 on the 25th day of
November, 1949, and running along said land conveyed to
Conways and others, S.41' 57' 20" E. - 200.0 feet to a
concrete block monument; thence along other land of
Julius Zebroski on the direct extension southwesterly of
the southeasterly boundary line of said land of Conway
and others, being parallel 6ith said southeasterly line
of Sound View Avenue, S. II2 14' 10" W.- 101.32 feet
to the northeasterly line of a 50-foot right of way given
by the said Julius Zebroski to the Town of Southold;
thence along said northeasterly line of said 50-foot
right of way, N. 440 48' 20" W. - 199.24 feet to said
southeasterly line of Sound View Avenue; thence along
saidsoutheasterly line of Sound View Avenue, N.H20 141
10" E.- 111.28 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50-foot right of way
