FINKBEINER, his wife, residing at /yo ��-ee,as,'� ' `� a.,tv CcL'y�'7j,y ,, parties of the first part, and LIGHTHOUSE DEVELOPMENT CORP., a corporation organized and existing under the j' Tawe of the State of New York, having its office and principal place fY� 4= of busins as at Southold, New York, WITNESSETH that e m °m ..WHEREAS by a certain indenture dated the let day of July, 1957 w w and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 3, 1957 in Liber 4323 of deeds at page 419, the party of the second part conveyed to the parties of the first part certain premises at Southold, in the Town-of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, in said deed more particularly described, and WHEREAS said deed recited, among other thinge, "By a paragraph (surviving delivery of this deed) of a contract between the parties dated June 3, 1957, pursuant to which the above premises are sold, the party of the first part has given the parties of the second part a first right to purchase the premises immediately to the east of the premises described.", and WHEREAS the parties of the first part have received notice of the necessity to elect, pursuant to the terms of the said contract between the parties dated June 3, 1957, a paragraph of which survived delivery of the deed hereinabove mentioned, and do not wish to exercise their right to purchase, NOW, THEREFORE, the parties of the first part, by reason of the premises and in consideration of the sum of 01.00 lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the Party of the second part, do hereby grqnt, release and quit-claim unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, all of the interest (including the right to purchase) of the parties of the first part of, in and to all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point where the ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek intersects the easterly line _ of Is, of the parties of the first part and running thencealong the easterly line of lends of the parties of the first part south 2 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds west 440 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe; thence along the direct extension easterly of the northerly line of a certain 30 foot right of way north 84 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds east 170 feet, more or less, to a point; thence north 2 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds east 44.0 feet, more or lose, to theordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek; thence in a westerly direction along the ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek 170 feet to the point or place _ of beginning.
