24, 1953 as Nap No. 2141, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly line of Pine Neck Road
= at the northeasterly corner Of lend of Goubeaud and the northwesterly corner of
the premises; and _
running along said southerly line of Pine Neck Road, North 85 degrees 55 minutes
20 seconds Hast fl distance of 91.94 feet to the westerly line of a proposed bigh-
