BEGINNING at a stake set in the corner formed by the intersec-
tion of the southerly lino of Main Road with the easterly line of
Locust Avenue; running theme North 83 degrees ll. minutes 00 seconds
East along the said southerly lino of Main Road 150 feet to a stake
and other land now or formerly of Annie Fisher Barr; running thence
South 23 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East along said other land now
or formerly of Annie Fisher Barr 125 feet to a stake and other land
now or formerly of Annie Fisher Barr; running thence South 83 degrees
11 minutes 00 seconds West along said other land now or formerly of
Annie Fisher Barr 150 feet to a stake set in the easterly line of
Locust Avenue; running thence North 23 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds
West along said easterly line of Locust Avenue 125 foot to a stake
set at the corner, the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be a part of the promises conveyed by
Charles.E. Torry and Mary M. Terry, his wife, to Michael Fisher and
Annie Fisher, his wife, as tonants by the entirety, by deed dated
January 2, 1920 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
January 7, 1920 in Liber 986 of deeds at page 545, the said Michael
Fisher having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk County, New York on
December 4, 1934, survived by his wife, Annie Fisher, now known as
Annie Fisher Barr, the grantor heroin.
