THIS INDENTURE,made the 6 day of January ,nineteen hundred and fifty—seven
BETWEEN'`SEAWOOD ACRES, INC., a corporation duly created, organized
and existing under, and by virture of, the laws of the State of New
York and having its principal place of business at 100 South Main
Street, in the Village of Freeport and County of Nassau,
partyofthefirstpart,and ANDREW C. KEHL, JR., residing at 122 Adam Street,
in the Village of Greenport, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being axle at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
lot number eight (8) on a certain map entitled "Seawood Acres, Section
One, situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,"
surveyed January 19, 1956, by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land
. Surveyors, Greenport, N_ Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
