L. Dayton, excepting so much as lies within, the bounds of the highway known

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles E. Overton,
Mary E. Harrison, Esther J. Horton and Horatio S. Williamson, four of the
heirs at law of Joshua A. Overton, deceased, to Robert G. Overton by deed
dated March 21, 1922, and recorded N the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
October 6, 1922, in Liber 1051 of deeds at page 477, and the same premises
thereafter conveyed by Robert G. Overton, widower, to Alexander Komskis and
Anna B. Komskis, his wife, by deed dated June 30, 1938, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 19, 1936, In Liber 1961 of deeds at
page 308.
