BEGINNING at the southeasterly earner thereof on the northerly side of Sound
Avenue a distance of 125 feet eaawrly measured along the northerly aide of said
Sound Avenue from the Southwesterly Corner of Lot Al as ehovn on a cop of Pecoule
Shores, located at Panama, L.I., property of William B. Codling, Northport, N-Y-,
surveyed Sept. 1922, J.W. hells, C-H., Setauket, L.I., and filed in the office of
the Clerk of the Woaty of Suffolk Aug. 6th, 1924s as Nap /117, running thence in
a general northerly direction and along the easterly lire of premises heretofore
conveyed by Alfred C. Teves to Operator C. Birchard by deed dated July 9, 1953 and
recorded In the Suffolk County Clark's Office in Liber 3594 of deeds at page 47
on a line parallel with the westerly line of sold Lot Al to the ordinary high
water line of Long Island Sound; running thence In a general westerly direction
along the Bald ordinary high water line of Long Island Sound a distance of appraxi-
rtely 68 fast, be the awe sore or leen, running thence in a general southerly
direction and ou e line parallel to the first source and distant therefrom 58 feet
to the northerly side of sold Sound Avenue, running thence in a general westerly
direction along the northerly side of Bound Avenue a distance of 58 Seat to the
point or place of beginning.
