point being and is the northwest corner of the lot now being described,
running from above described point North 700189 East, 80 feet by and
along the southerly line of Minnehaha Boulevard to a point; thence
Southerly 102.1 feet to a point; thence South 65033' West, 71.15 feet to
a point in the easterly line of Minnehaha Boulevard; thence North 150409
West 106.92 feet by and along the easterly line of Minnehaha Boulevard
to the point and place of beginning.
