BEGINNING at a concrete morument set on the northerly line of itoiisn Indian Neck
Road, at a point at right angles across said Indian Neck Road from a concrete
momlment at the northeasterly corner of other land of the party of the first part;
running thence along the northerly line of Indian Neck Road South 74 degrees, 27
minutes, 20 seconds West 42.40 feet to other land of the party of the first part;
thence along said other land of the party of the first part North 3 degrees, 48
minutes, 30 seconds East 285.40 feet to the southerly line of a certain 20 foot
right of way on land of Gladys Wiles Jepson; thence along said southerly line of
said right of way South 80 degrees, 45 minutes, 30 seconds East 40.18 feet to a
concrete monument; thence South 3 degrees, 48 minutes, 30 seconds West and on a
line parallel with the second course above set forth and distant at all points
40 feet therefrom, a distance of 267.55 feet to the point or place of beginning.
