WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
AIL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of a certain 20-foot
right of way leading to North Bayview Road, said stake being 225.0
feet westerly along said right of way from a concrete monument set
at the southwesterly corner of land of Charles McNsily; running
thence along said northerly line of said right of way, S. 610471
20" W. - 75.0 feet to a stake; thence along land of F. Harold Sayre
and Ray I. Young on a line parallel to the westerly line of said
land of said McNeilly, N. 29012140" W. - 233 feet, more or less,
to Ordinary high water mark of Goose Creek; thence northeasterly
along said ordinary high water mark of Goose Creek as measured
by tie line course and distance N. 54056" E. 75.38 feet to land of
Malgraff; thence along said land of Malgraff S. 29012'40" E. - 242
- feet to the northerly line of said 20-foot right of way and the
point of beginning.
' TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parties
of the first part in and to the waters and lands under water of
. Goose Creek in front of and abutting said premises.

TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of the
20 foot right of way hereinabove mentioned, from the southwesterly
corner of said premises extending easterly about 600 feet to the
North Bay View Road.
Being and intended to be a portion of the promisee conveyed by
Howard A, Toedter, Inc., to F. Harold Sayre and Ray I. Young by
deed dated March 25, 1950, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkte
Office on March 27, 1950 in Liber 3058 of Deeds at Page 585, and -
subject to the covenants and restrictions therein contained.
Being and intended to be-the same premises conveyed by F. Harold
