ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,

State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as followat
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northerly line of North Bgview Noerw)
Road, 394.85 feet westerly along said northerly line from Reydon Drive; from
said point of beginning running along said northerly line of North Bayview Road,
N. 720 041 001 W.- 175.0 feet to a morwment and land of Paradise Shores Asoln;
thence along said land of Paradise Shores Ass1n and passing thru a momrmrnt,
N. 200 111 201 E.- 300.0 feet to land of Ray Akscin; thence along said land
of Bay Akscin, S.720 011 101 E.- 170.12 feet to a monument-, thence along land
conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the party of the first part to Veronica
Brudermann, and passing thru a monument, S. 190 141 0011 W.- 299.73 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the rights and privileges to use and enjoyment of
the inland harbor Reydon Shores as more fully described in deed of conveyance
from Hayden Shores Ins, to Joseph A. Brudermann and Dorothy W. Brudermann, in
Liber 1955, page 230, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County,
New York, on November 19, 1937.
This conveyance is intended to correct a deed previously executed
on'Ig 4, 1959, between the parties herein, by adding the rights to Reydon
Shores as atove described.
Being and intended to be part of premises conveyed to Grantor
herein and Joseph A. Brudermen by deed recorded 11/19/37 112
Liber 1955 cp 230 and by deed recorded 8/9/37 in Liber 1938 cp 70.
Said Joseph A. Bruderman died a resident of Queens County on
May 10, 1945.
