TOGETHER with all the rights and privileges to use and enjoyment of the inland harbor Reydon Shores as more fully described in deed of conveyance from Hayden Shores Ins, to Joseph A. Brudermann and Dorothy W. Brudermann, in Liber 1955, page 230, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, on November 19, 1937. This conveyance is intended to correct a deed previously executed on'Ig 4, 1959, between the parties herein, by adding the rights to Reydon Shores as atove described. Being and intended to be part of premises conveyed to Grantor herein and Joseph A. Brudermen by deed recorded 11/19/37 112 Liber 1955 cp 230 and by deed recorded 8/9/37 in Liber 1938 cp 70. Said Joseph A. Bruderman died a resident of Queens County on May 10, 1945.
