follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of.the
easterly side of Linnehaha Boulevard and the southerly side of Osseo
Avenue; thence South 750 131 East 92.5 feet by and along the southerly
side of Osseo Avenue to a point; thence South 670 211 East still along
the southerly side of Osseo Avenue 64.5 feet to a monument; thence
South 700 501 20" West 135.87 feet to a monument in the easterly side
of luinnehaha Boulevard; thence North 120 301 West 95.3 feet by and
along the easterly side of Minnehaha Boulevard to the corner aforesaid
at the point or place of Beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part, if any, in and to land lying within the bounds of
binnehaha Boulevard end Osseo Avenue, adjacent to the said premises,
to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all rights to the use of roadways and beaches
above mean high water, jointly owned and used by all Laughing Water
property owners.
