i I^that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Laughing Water
near Southold, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the northeasterly line of Minnehaha Boulevard,
which point lies from the intersection of the northeasterly line of
Minnehaha Boulevard and the northwesterly line of Owaisaa Avenue, two
courses and distances as follows: North 330 48' West 171.4 feet; and -
thence North 570 48, West 69 feet; running thence from said point of be-
ginning North 170 311 East 126 feet more or less to the high water mark
of a gutter; running thence northwesterly along said hi 01 water mark
75 feet more or less to a point; running thence South 9 $' West 120 fee
more or less through a pipe to a point on the northerly line of Minne-
haha Boulevard; ruping thence along the northerly line of Minnehaha
