paid by the part Sas of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, all
that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements there-
on, at Arshamomaque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- Beginning at a
point on the southwesterly line of a twenty (201) foot right of way
known as Carole Road (running from the North Road to Arshamomaque Pond
distant two hundred fifty (2501) feet, along said southwesterly line,
from the southwesterly corner of land of William Maccaro and Katherine
H. Maccaro, and running thence North 610591 1011 East one hundred ten
(1101) feet, more or less to the ordinary high water mark of Old Cove
(an indentation of Arshamomaque Pond), running thence southeasterly
and then southwesterly along the said ordinary high watermark of Old
Cove and Arshamomaque Pond about one hundred fifty (1501) feet to the
point marking the intersection of the southwesterly line of Carole
Road with said ordinary high water mark, running thence along the
southwesterly line of Carole Road North 310 401 50" West fifty-five
(551) feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
