as Bailey Park; running thence, along the land known as Bailey Park, in[
a south-westerly direction, 76.96 feet, more or less, to a point and
land now or formerly of the Estate of A. Salmon; running thence along
said land now or formerly of the Estate of A. Salmon, in a north-
westerly direction, 213.60 feet, more or less, to the southerly side of
Miami Avenue and the point or place of beginning.

a certain unfiled map known as "Map of Property of Frederick W. Bridge„
Peconic, L. I., N. Y." made by actual survey.
SUBJECT to zoning regulations of the Town of Southold.
SUBJECT to covenants, easements and restrictions of record, if any,
now affecting the premises.
The westerly portion of the said premises, having a frontage of
75.80 feet on Miami Avenue, being.and intended to be the same premises
conveyed to the party of the first part by confirmatory and correction
deed of George Marshall Bridge, at als, dated the 20th day of September
