New York,
party of the first pan,and
ALPHONSE K. GORIER and VIRGINIA M. GORIER, his wife, as
tenants by the entirety, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second pert,the heirs

lyingandbeing'w at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number
One Hundred Thirteen (113) on a map entitled "Subdivision Map of
Founders Estates, situate at Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y., made by
Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor", dated March 180 1927, and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 10, 1927, as
Map No. 834•
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of
the party of the first part in and to that portion of Old Shipyard
Road lying in front of and adjacent to the lands and premises above
described to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any,
affecting said premises; and SUBJECT also to zoning ordinances and
restrictions adopted by any municipal, town, village or other
governmental authority.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by
Henry A. Goldsmith and Everett T. Goldsmith to Virginia M. Gohler
by deed dated February 2, 1954 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on February 8, 1954, in Liber 3650 of Deeds at Page
53.
