distance of 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

Lehr Lane to and from the public highway known as South Harbor

These premises are sold subject to a first mort�-age made by
Richard H. Clay and Dorris B. Clay his wife to Edward H. Ford
and Fulda Ford his wife, or survivor or either of them,
dated 11/14/52, recorded 11/17/52, in the record sum of 05500.
. but now reduced to $4529.44, which the purchaser herein hereby
assumes and agrees to pay.

Edward H. Ford, individually and as executor of the Estate of Holds
' Ford does hereby agree that the amount due on theabove referred to
mortgage is as stated above, to wit, $4529.44, as of the date of this
