McLennand, residing at 77 Daniel Boulevard, Bloomfield, Connecticut, and Alfred C; Falkowski residing at 68 Washington Avenue, West Sayville, New York, here- inafter referred to as the i 1 party of the first part,and Alfred Ca Falkowski, residing at 68 Washington Avenue, West Sayville, New York ! a. party of the second pact, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Two dollars, j i lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration Paid ! it by the party of the second part,does hereby g,,nt and release auto the party of the second part,the heirs or M successors and assigns of the partly of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parrs]of land,with the buildings and improvements thereen erected,situate, lying and being in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Northerly side of Hummel Avenue at the Southwesterly corner of land late of Barbara Ullerich and running thence Westerly along the Northerly side of Hummel Avenue a distance of Seventy-five (75) feet; thence running Northerly and at right angles to Hummel Avenue a distance of Two Hundred (200) feet, more or less, to land of James M. Grattan, thence running Easterly along the Southerly side of land of James M. Grattan Seventy-five (75) feet to land late of Barbara Ullerich; thence Southerly along land late of Barbara Ullerich, a distance of Two Hundred (200) feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning. Together with all right, title and interest of the party j of the first part of, in and to Hummel Avenue adjacent to said premises, j Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Annie Stankiewicz to Charles Falkowski and Stella Falkowski, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated June 28, 1952 and recorded in the office of the clerk of Suffolk County in liber 3376 of deeds at page 460 on July 9, 1952, Charles Falkowski died, title thereby passing to Stella Falkowski who died on August 14, 1956 leaving a Last Will and Test- ament duly probated in the Surrogates Court of Suffolk County on The 19th day of November 1956 under the terms of which title to the above premises passed to Amelia F. McLennand and Alfred C. Falkowski, i party of the first part herein.
