Beginning at a point on the Westerly side of the Light House Road, at a point 237.8
set South of the South East corner of property belonging to the United States
Government and adjoining land now or formerly of Albertson Oscar thence Southerly
along the Westerly adds of said Light House Road 72 feet; thence Westerly and parallel
with the Southerly line of mid land now or formerly of said Albertson ase 200 feet;

line of land now or formerly of Christina Davenport, 72 feet to the Southerly line

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Anna Hommel to Rachel
Bergaminl by deed dated July 29, 1915, and recorded In the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in liber 922 of deeds at page 661 on March 20, 1916.
ALSO, ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being
at Horton,Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:- BSGINNING at a point on the westerly boundary of the
highway known as Light House Road at the northeasterly corner of the property of
Patmomek Inn and Cotteee Colony Inc. and running thence southerly sixty-five (66)
feet more or less along thw..westerly boundary of said Light House Road to its Inter-
section with a private road; thence easterly along the northerly boundary of mid
Brivate Road two hundred (200) feet to the Intersection of the said private road
with another private road running parallel to said Light House Road; thence Northerly
along said private road parallel to said Light House Road sixty-five (65) feet,more
or leas, to the northerly boundary of the property of Pomonok Is, and Cottage
Colony Inc.; thence easterly along said northerly boundary two hundred (E00) feet,
more or less, to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way, In
common with others, over the private roads mentioned as boundarles of the parcel
herein described; alar the right of way in common with others over the beach and
water front belonging to P—mok Inn and Cottage Colony Inc. with wharfage and
anchorage privilege for boats. It SB, however, expressly understood and agreed,
that the said party of the first part does not, by this indenture, convey, grant or
release to the said party of the second part or their heirs, executors or assigns
any title or Interest In the said roads or beach front other than a right of my
over same In common with others.
