and being at Bayview, neer Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument sot on the northerly side of an existing
road or right of way known as "Traveled Road", 1126.65 feet westerly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of
said Traveled Road with thesouthwesterlyside of North Bayviow Road;
thence along the northerly side of Traveled Road and through a
monument, South 670 531, 30" West 110 feat to 'a monument;
thence North 28o 301 West and through a monument 225 foot to a
dredged channel;
thence easterly along said dredged channel measured on a tie line
bearing North 590 3(11 20 East 168,49 foot to land formerly of Fremont
B. Bullock and now of Joseph Correll;
thence along said land of Correll, South 14o 501 0011 East and
through a monument 250 feet to the northerly side of Traveled Road
at point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said existing road or rights of
way to a width• of 24 foot from the southwesterly corner of the premises
above described northerly to the North Road to Bay View above referred
to. Being a part of the promises heretofore convoyed by Guaranty
Trust Co. of New York, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
Adelino R. Brown to Howard A. Toodtor, Incand a part of the promises
heretofore conveyed in deeds recorded in Libor 2606 cp 587 and Libor
2607 cp 14.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part, in and to all beach and waterfront rights adjoining said
promisee in and on the waters of Goose Crook and the channel in front
of said promises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Boller,
