TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first
part, if says in and to the highways in front of and adjacent to
said premises to the center line thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated September 17, 1956 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 9, 1956 in Liber 4211 of
Deeds, page 240.
