Southold, in the Torm of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
H4GINNI1M at an iron pipe sot on the easterly line of Lein Road at
the southwesterly corner of land of Wm. W. Busch and running thence

said right of way to the Town of Southold as a public highway, a:d the
party of the second part, by the acceptance of this doed, does hereby
consent to such dedication and does hereby release the said Torm of
Southold from any liability for damages occasioned by reason of said
dedication and acceptance of said ri,-,ht of way as a public hi�-hway.
SUBJaT, however, to ten following covenant and restriet`fon:
1. That said nromiscs shall be used only for religious, educational
or rosinential purposes.
2. This covenant and restriction shall run with the.land and shall
cease and expire on January 1, 1960.
