Greenport, N.Y., and filed in theoffice of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on December 29, 1958 as Map No. 2901.
Together with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to the waters and land under the
waters of Feconic Bay lying in front of and adjoining the above
