a pipe; thence southerly along land now or formerly of Florence A.
Berry, 99.78 feet to a fine set on said northerly line of Korn Road:
thence westerly along said northerly line of Korn Road, 66 feet to
the point or place of bevinnine.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed'to the nasty

1952 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the bounty of Suf-
