BETWEEN IRENE DAVIS. residing at 40 Simon Street, Babylon, Suffolk County,
Now York,
party of the first part,and
WILFRED JERONE CONWAY end UWI AN B. CONWAY, residing at Southold, Suffolk
County, Now York,
party of the second part,
WffNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or sua 'ors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,

in the Tom of Smthold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows: Northerly by woodland formerly of John Kenney; Denial N.
Grattan and Charles G. Corey; Easterly by Kenney's Road; Southerly by the North
Road, and Westerly by land formerly of E. Frank Jewell, containing by estimation
10 acres, more or less.
ALSO, ALL that other tract or parcel of land situate now the Village of Southold,
in the Tom of Soutbold, County of Suffolk and State of NOW York, bounded and
described as follows: Northerly by land formerly of Alvah and Gilbert Terry;
Easterly by land formerly of Lewis S. Tuthill; Southerly by the several lands
formerly of Nary Tuthill and lands of James Donabus Rotate, and Westerly by
Kenney's Road. Containing ty estitmtla 16 acres, more or lens.
Being and intended to be the same prmisa, conveyed by John Kenney and wife
to John J. Burne by deed dated Jaauary 6, 1958, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on January 8, 1928, in Libor 118E of deeds at page 287,
and thereafter conveyed by John J. Burns and Nary E. Burns, his wife, to Wilfred
Jerome Convey, William B. Conway and Thomas A. Conway, as tenants in eo=n, by
deed dated January e, 1928, and recorded 10 the Suffolk Ibunty Clerk's Office
on January 8, 1928, in Liber 1162 of deeds at page 286.
