in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows: Northerly by woodland formerly of John Kenney; Daniel IN.
Grattan and Charles G. Corey; Easterly by Kenny's Road; Southerly by the North
Road, and Westerly by land formerly of B. Frank Jewell, containing by estimation
10 acres, more or less.

In the Town of Scathol d, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows: Northerly by land formerly of Alvah and Gilbert Terry,
Easterly by land formerly of Lewis S. Tuthill; Southerly by the several lands
formerly of Wry Tuthill and lands of James Donahue Estate, and Westerly by
Keaneyes Road. Containing by estimation 15 acres, more or less. .
Being and intended to be the some premises conveyed 4 John Kenney and wife
to John J. Bums by deed dated January 6, 19289 and ramrded in the Suffolk
County Clerkta Office on January 81 1926, In Liber 1162 Of deeds at page 287, and
thereafter conveyed by John J. Burns and Mary E. Burns, his wife, to Wilfred Jerome
Conway, William B. Conway, and Theses A. Conway, as tenants in common, by deed dated

1926, in Liber 1162 of deeds at page 286.
