of the promises herein described); running thence along the Easterly
line of Boisseau Avenue North 16 degrees 41 minutes West, a distance
of 85 feet to said land of Carlisle E. Cochran and wife; running
thence along said land North 70 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds -hast,
a distance of 210 foot more or loss to land now or formerly of
Komakis; running thence in a Southwesterly direction along said land
of Komskis, a distance of 29 feet more or,loss to a monument; running
thence in a Southeasterly direction, still along said land of Komskis,
a distance of 77 feet more or less to a monument; running thence in
a Wost Orly direction along other land of Edith T. Cochran a distance
