BEGINNING AT a point on the weaterly side of a private road
30 feet wide where same is intersected by the southerly side of
it land conveyed to Florence S. Kramer by John A. Muir and George G.
I� M.uir as parcel five in a deed dated September 5, 1953, and
j recorded:September 8, 1953, in Liber 3574 page 365 of deeds, in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, said aforemen—
i tioned 30 foot wide private road being more particularly set forth

running thence along the westerly side of said private road
along an aro of a Curve to the left and in a general. southerly
! direction a distance of 75 feet)
thence South 85 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds west 125 feet
more or less to the shore of Great Pond;
thence in a northerly direction along the shore of Great
Pond as it winds and turns 120 feet more or leas to land now or
formerly of Kramer;
thence along land of Kramer south 74 degrees 18 minutes 30 Sec-
onds east 136 feet more or lees to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETBER with an easement of ingress and agrees over a
private road immediately adjoining the aforementioned premises on
the east to and from Sound View Avenue, which said private road is
more fully set forth in a deed from John A. Muir and George G.
Muir to Daniel T. Smith and Margaret E. Smith his wife by deed
dated January 22, 1958 and recorded April 289 1958 in Liber 4453
op 186 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
