Milford Kirkup, Jr., as Commissioner of Public Welfare, County of Suffolk, State of New York, or his successor, by Deed dated Mhy 19, 1954 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on June 14, 1954 in Liber 3708 Page 63.
