Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New Yorn, known and
designated on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision of Property owned
by C. L. Sanford Brick Co. Inc., situate at Arshamomaque, Town of
Southold, N. Y. surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, Greenport,
N. Y., June 16, 1931, which map has been duly filed as Map No. 539
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office, as lots numbers 4, 31, 32, 33
and 34. Said Lot No. 4 being bounded with reference to said map as
follows: Northerly by land of the Long Island Railroad Company;
Easterly by Lot No. 5; Southerly by the Main South Road and Westerly
by Lot No. 3, said lots Nos. 31, 32, 33 and 34 are bounded with
reference to said map as follows:- Northerly partly by land of the
Long Island Railroad Company and land formerly of William D.Faulkner;
Easterly by other land formerly of William D. Faulkner; Southerly by
the Main South Road and Westerly by Lot No. 30. Being the same pro-
perty conveyed to William D. Faulkner by deed dated Oct. 29, 1931,
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on Nov.23,1931,

surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y., June 16,
1931, which map was filed in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on September 2nd, 1931, as map No. 539. Being the same
premises conveyed to William D. Faulkner by deed dated April 30,1935,
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on or about
