That the parties of the first part in consideration of
One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money 01 the united States, paid by to
party of the second part, do hereby grant anu release unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever, all that certain plot, plan
or parcel of land, with the buildings ana improvements thereon
erected, situated, lying and being in Southold, 'Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as
follows;
Beginning at a point in the easterly side of Light House
Road where the southerly boundary of lands now orformerly of C.
Tillinghast intersects the easterly line of said Light House Road,
running thence along the soutiiera boundary of said lends of C.
Tillinghast North 590, 4' 40" hast 422.15 feet to a point; thence
Nortn 620, 6' 10" east 119.8E feet to a point, thence along the
lands now or formerly of hi. Costello south 270, 54', 10" east
540.20 feet to a point; tnence again along the lands of Baia M.
Costello South 280, 53' 40" east 291.8G feet to a point; thence
along the lands now or formerly of George HOchachwendeT south 540
57', 10" west 346 feet to the easterly side of Light House Road;
