($1.00 ) lawful money of the United States, and other good and
vahable considerations paid by the parties of the second part,
do hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the parties of the second part,
and assigns foreoer, all that certain lot, piece or
parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, known
and distinguished as Lot No. 95A on a map entitled "Map showing alte-
ration and addition to Founders Estates, situate at Southold, Suffolk
County, N.Y.e, made by OTTO W. VAN TYLE, Greenport, N.Y., completed
February 25, 1935 and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on March 25, 1935, as Map No. 1178 and which lot is described
as follows;
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of L'Hommedieu Lane
and Old Shipyard Road, running thence, south 25° 55' east along the
easterly line of Old Shipyard Road 92.03 feet to a point which is the
northwesterly corner of Lot 96A; running thence along the northerly
boundary of Lot 96A, 180.04 feet to a point; running thence northerly
along the westerly boundary of Lot A, 86.25 feet to a point on the
Southerly line of L'Hommedieu Lane; running thence south 670 6' 50e
west 180.25 feet along the Southerly line of L'Hommedieu Lane to the
point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the par-
ties of the first part in and to the highways adjacent to the fore-
going described premises to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to zoning regulations of the Town of Southold.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part by deed of Founders Estates, Inc. recorded
on the 8th day of Novembers 1946 in Liber 2646 cp 31.
SAID premises being in the Village and Town of Southold.
