Connecticut, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part by
virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by the
said Last Will and Testament, and in consideration of Ten _
($10.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other
good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
All that tract or parcel of land with the buildings
and improvements thereon situate, lying and being at Southold,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a coacrele monument set
on the westerly line of Horton's Lane at the northeasterly
corner of the premises herein described and adjoining land
of the Long Island Railroad Company; running thence South
21 degrees 42 minutes East a distance of 41.50 feet along
the westerly line of Horton's Lane to land now or formerly
of Stewart Dewar and wife; running thence along said land
of Dewar (and partly along the center of an existing drive-
way) South 66 degrees 44 minutes West a distance of 195.66
feet to land of Newbold; running thence North 22 degrees
28 minutes Rest a distance of 42.04 feet to land of the
Long Island Railroad Company; running thence North 66
degrees 54 minutes East a distance of 196.19 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
