THIS INDENTURE,made th4/%day of November ,nineteen hundred and fifty-seven,
BETWEEN HENRY J. SMITH, residing at Poconic, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, Now York,
party of the first part,and
l ALFRED ADDIMANDO and ROSH ADDIMANDO, his wife, both residing at
82-51 257th Street, Floral Park, New York,

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuablo consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the Second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being iatba north of the Village of Southold, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the curved northerly lino of
Mill Creek Drive, 175.0 feet easterly along said northerly line
and its extonsion westerly from the extension southerly of the
easterly line of Grove Road; said point of beginning being the
southeasterly corner of land conveyed or about to be conveyed
by the seller to Mary Bond; from said point of beginning running
along said land of Bond, North 4 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds
West a distance of 121 feet, more or lose, to the edge of a
.dredged canal; thence easterly along said edge of said canal,
117 feet, more or less; thence along other land of the seller,
South 16 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 130 feet,
more or less, to the northeasterly line of said Mill Creek Drive;
thence along said northeasterly line of Mill Creek Drive, North
58 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 50.21 feet;
thence westerly on a curve to the loft having a radius of 75.0 feet,
a- distance of 24.79 feet to the point of beginning.'
Said promises for the purpose of identification only aro
known as Lot Number 6 and one-hall' of Lot Number 7 on a certain
map entitled "Map of Mill Crook Grove, owned by Henry J. Smith,
situate at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, Suffolk Coplaty, New York,"
made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Engineer and Surveyor, dated
May-13, 1947, and which map is intended to be filed.
TOGETHnR with all the right, title, and interest, if any, of
the Seller of, in and to the public highways lying in front of
and adjacent to the above described premises.and. .to the. center line
thereof.
Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed
by Anna B. Richmond to Henry J. Smith by dead dated January 20, 1948,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2793 of
deeds at page 458 on January 20, 1948.
