Van Tuyl, surveyor, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, on May 10, 1927, as Map #834; said lot be- ing on Founders Path and measuring fifty (50) feet front and fifty (50) feet in rear and bounded northerly by Lot #61 and Southerly by Lot #63, and having a dimension of one hundred and fifty (150) feet on the northerly boundary and one hundred and fifty (150) feet on the southerly boundary, Being the same premises conveyed to Mary L. Dayton by the County Treasurer of the County of Suffolk, by deed dated January 16, 1953 and recorded on January 7.3, 1953, in the office of the Cleric of Suffolk County, in Liber 3466 of deeds, at page 202; and thereafter conveyed by said Mary L. Dayton to Founders Estates, Inc., by deed dated January 31, 1953 and recorded on February 10, 1953, in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in Liber 3473 of deeds, at page 243. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the premises which were conveyed to the party of the first part by Founders Estates, Inc., in partial liquidation and distribution of assets of Founders Estates, Inc. by a deed dated June 4, 1957andrecorded on June 5, 1957, in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4309 of deeds, page 567.
