BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed made by Annie Zabroski, also known as Annie _
Zebroski, formerly Annie Klos, by deed dated October 18, 1959, re-
corded October 20, 19591 liber 4711 of conveyances, page 424.
EXCEPTING therefrom so much thereof as was conveyed to Theodore
Martin Klos by deed dated March 12, 1940,recorded March 25, 1940,
in liber 2092 of deeds, page 133, in the office of the clerk of the
County of Suffolk.
SUBJECT to a mortgage made by Frank Klos and Annie Klos of Southold,
dated May 26, 1926, recorded May 27, 1926, liber 590 of mortgages,
page 132, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office.
