running North 0 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West 300 feet to highwater mark of
Long Island Sound; thence running easterly along highwa.ter mark of Long Island
Sound 100 feet North 89 degrees ll minutes 40 seconds East to land of Salmon;
thence running South 0 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East along land now or form-
erly of Salmon and through a monument 305.99 feet to the point or place of be-

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of.the first part in and
to Sound View Avenue in front of and adjacent to said premises.
TOGETHER with all such right, title and interest, if any, which the party of the
Pill first part may have in Bud to the beach and lands under water of Long Island
Sound in front of and adjacent to said premises.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Dr. Frederick
Van de Sande Arlin by deed dated July 7, 1956 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on July 19, 1956 in Liber 4347, page 118, of Deeds; and
being the same premises quitclaimed to the party of the first part by Clament W.
Booth by deed dated July 19, 1961 and intended to be recorded immediately prior
.n to the recording of this deed.
