Twenty-one (21) on a certain map entitled "Map of Subdivision Property
of Jonathan T. Overton, situate at Southold, N.Y.", surveyed by Otto
W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., which said map is
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 1055.
Being and intended to be the northwesterly one-half of the
premises conveyed by Jonathan T. Overton and 011ie M. Overton,
his wife, to John M. Schultz and Marie Schultz, his wife, by deed
dated July 8th, 1957, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkda
Office on July 15, 1957, in Liber 4329 of deeds at page 339 and
subject to the covenants and restrictions therein contained.
