00 seconds east 303 feet, more or lees, to the northerly side of North
Sea Drive; running thence south 39 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds went
along the northerly aide of North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or
place of beginning.

of Wm. L.Miller, Li�eneed Surveyor, Wading River, New York and guarantee
to the InterCounty Itle Gustanty & Mortgage Company, July 21, 1947.
