ALL that certain tract, parcel or niece of land lying, beinc
and situate at Paradise Point, in Bay View, near the V111ar'e of
Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, and being more particularly bounden ant described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of a 501 orivate
road, hereinafter described, at the nortl:orl,, corner of land of the
parties of the second part; and running* alone saidsoutheasterly
line of said 50 foot private road, N. 520 221 50" E.- 25.0 feet;
thence along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed tc John Scalia,
S. 430 401 10" E.- 263 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water
mark of Peconic Bay; thence southwesterly alone said high water marts,
25 feet, more or less, to said land of the parties of the second part;
thence along said land, N. 430 3�t' 20" d.- 266 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning.
Together with a right of wa,y over said 50 foot private road fr,m
the northerly corner of the premises hereinabove described in a
general southwesterly or southerly lirection about 1450 feet ov,,-
