Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mabel
Valentine as executrix of the last Will and Testament of George E.
Valentine,. deceased, to Kenneth J. Rapp and Eleanor K. Rapp, his
wife, by deed dated July 17th, 1957, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on July 25, 1957, in Liter 4335 of deeds at
page 169.
