New York". surveyed January 19, 1956, by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son,
Licensed Land Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 26th day of June, 1956, as Map
No. 2575.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
\ the first part by Seawood Acres, Inc. by deed, dated September 30,
1959, and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 4706 of Deeds,
at page 480, on October 9, 1959, and SUBJECT TO covenants and re-
strictions contained in said deed.
