said 50 foot private road, on a curve to the right having a radius of
725 feet a distance of 274.45 feet; thence along other land of the
party of the first part, South 77 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds West
a distance of 148.61 feet to land of Messenger; thence along said
land of Messenger, North. 12 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds West a dis-
tance of 250.0 feet to the point of beginning.
