line between the lands of the parties above named, and running thence

feet; running thence in a general northerly direction along other
land of the party of the first part, North 17 degrees 25 minutes West
a distance of 290 feet, more or leas, to the ordinary high water line

the boundary line of the lands of the parties hereinabove named;

line of Sound View Avenue and the point or place of belnning.

parties of the first part in and to Sound View Avenue in front of
and adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
