Way leading westerly from North Bayview Road about 790 feet westerly
along said southerly line from said North Bayview Road, said point
of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by the
Darty of the first part to Loeages; from said point of beginning
running along said lend of Loeages South 14 degrees 31 minutes 50
seconds East a distance of 415.39 feet to a monument and land of
Hilton Epp; thence along said land of Epp South 01 degrees 21 minutes
20 seconds West a distanee of 141.07 feet to a monument and land of
Shipuleski; thence along said land of Shipulaski South 66 degrees 19
minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 68.94 feet; thence along land
of the party of the first part North 16 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds
West a distance of 53$.45 feet to said southerly line of said Right of
Way; thence along said southerly line two courses as follows:
