in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of North Road,
31.5 feet southwesterly along said line from the southerly corner
of land conveyed by the party of the first part to Helen Schriefer
by deed dated May 7th, 1953 ; running thence along said line
of North Road, South 57 degrees 50 minutes Nest a distance of 202.95
feet to land of the party of the second part; thence along said land
of the party of the second part, two courses, as follows: (1) North
39 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds west a distance of 207.16 feet;
thence (2) South 57 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of
192.68 feet to land of H. Balser; thence along said land of H. Balser,
North 42 degrees 09 minutes West a distance of 223.40 feet; thence
along other land of said party of the first part, three courses, as
follows: (1) North 45 degrees 18 minutes East a distance of 367,75
feet; thence (2) South 61 degrees 49 minutes East a distance of 113-59
feet; thence (3) South 38 degrees 33 minutes East a distance of 407.70
feet to the point of beginning. Containing 3.375 acres, by survey.
